Reigate & Banstead Borough Council is urging residents take part in a Resident Communications Survey, which will identify the best ways in which the Council can communicate with you – the resident! The information and feedback received will allow us to identify which channels of communication works best and ensure that we maximise this.
The aim is to encourage resident involvement in the delivery of council services and improvement schemes, which will require partnership working.
Council Leader, Councillor Joan Spiers, said:
“The Big Society’s power shift from central to local government requires partnership working between the Council, residents, charities, businesses and other key organisations. A vision that actively encourages everyone to take more responsibility for themselves. We sincerely hope that people will take this opportunity to tell us how to increase engagement with them.”
