Redhill Bowls Club celebrates its 120th anniversary this year, and to celebrate it is inviting its neighbours along for a visit and to try playing.
The open day is next Wednesday, 20th May, from 2.30pm until dusk. Tea and biscuits will be serves, and visitors will get an introduction to the Club and to the sport of bowls (please bring flat soled shoes if you wish to play).
Location: Redhill Bowling Club is just off St. Annes Drive next to the allotments - RH1 1AU.
Directions: From Redstone Hill turn into Noke Drive at the traffic lights. Then turn left along St. Anne’s Drive until a gate(for the allotments) on the left hand side is reached, this can easily be missed. Carry on throught the gate (close it behind you if closed on arrival) and follow the trackway, bearing to the left, the car park for the Club is straight ahead through the timber gates.
