Planning application 16/01908/CAN
This is for a tree on MY property. I did not request this. The Council’s agreement to this request must be withdrawn immediately.
Hi Andrew - I passed this to Cllr Coad and asked him to investigate and reply. In general
the ownership of land is not legally a consideration in planning applications. This means that it is allowable for someone to submit a planning application on land they do not own - although clearly if planning is approved they then need consent of the landowner to undertake the permitted works.
